About Natalie Duran

Natalie Duran, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Riverchase Dermatology with a strong clinical foundation in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her dermatology-focused training includes experience performing comprehensive skin examinations, diagnosing and treating a wide variety of skin conditions, and performing dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, wound care, and assisting with dermatologic surgery. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping patients achieve and maintain healthy skin.

Natalie enjoys caring for patients of all ages and believes patient education is one of the most important aspects of healthcare. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, understand their treatment options, and feel empowered to take an active role in their skin health.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Natalie spent much of her childhood in West Palm Beach. As a first-generation Latina with Guatemalan and Colombian roots, she values building meaningful relationships with her patients through trust, compassion, and culturally sensitive care.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys staying active through fitness and Pilates, traveling, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, spending time by the water, and enjoying time with family and friends. She is also passionate about health and wellness, mentoring students interested in healthcare careers, and supporting animal rescue organizations.
