About Laura Villafane
Laura Villafane, PA-C, MMS, is a board-certified physician assistant and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She graduated on a full-tuition academic scholarship with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where she also conducted independent research alongside faculty. She went on to earn a Master of Medical Science degree from Nova Southeastern University.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Laura is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Her goals are to treat every patient as if they were her own family, focusing on quality care and thorough education. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best.
