About Alexis Fasone

Alexis Fasone, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with a strong background in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She brings several years of dermatology experience to Riverchase Dermatology, where she is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care for patients of all ages. Alexis is highly skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions and is passionate about helping her patients achieve healthy, confident skin through education, prevention, and effective treatment.

She earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies with Honors from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with Honors from the University of Central Florida.

Throughout her career, Alexis has cared for patients with both acute and chronic skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. She is experienced in performing a variety of dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, electrodessication and curettage, phototherapy, and cosmetic injectables like Botox.

Alexis is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to ensure each person feels valued, understood, and supported in their care. She finds great fulfillment in helping individuals improve their skin health while also enhancing their self-confidence and overall well-being.

A Florida native who grew up just outside of Orlando, Alexis enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. When she’s not in the office, she can often be found on the pickleball courts or exploring new restaurants.
