Riverchase Dermatology is committed to the health and safety of our patients, providers, team members and communities. All Riverchase offices are following guidelines For infection control and social distancing as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, the Florida Health Department, and local officials. With the implementation of these new protocols our patients can expect to see some changes during a visit to Riverchase Dermatology.

What to Expect During Your Visit:
Infection Control and Screening

Please bring your own cloth mask to your visit and wear the mask for the duration of your time with us. If you don’t have access to a mask, please let our team members know when you check-in.

All patients and team members will be wearing masks, utilizing protective equipment, and using hand washing / hand sanitization as directed by the Centers for Disease Control.

EPA approved disinfection is performed after every patient encounter, including full facility hospital grade disinfection on a regular basis.

All team members and patients will be asked screening questions for risk factors of COVID-19, including travel, exposure, and general health.

All patients and team members will have temperature measurement performed.

Patients who have a temperature or have possible exposure to symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to reschedule the appointment. Follow-up instructions will be provided. Please plan to come to your visit alone. If a parent, guardian, or other support is needed for your visit, we ask the visitor to follow all infection control guidelines, to include wearing a cloth mask for the duration of the visit.

What to Expect During your Visit:
Social Distancing

To adhere to social distancing guidelines, we have rearranged our waiting rooms to allow for at least 6 feet of distance between patients.

Where possible, patients may be asked to wait in their vehicles until the exam room is available for the visit. Please have your mobile device with you for the duration of your visit.

We are utilizing technology to eliminate unnecessary contact at check in and check out where available. Please plan to have your mobile device with you for the duration of your visit.
