Details:
- Free skin cancer spot checks are exclusively for new patients, defined as those who haven’t visited our practice in 3+ years.
- Spot checks involve skin-exposed areas only.
- Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis, available with select providers and at select locations only.
- After the free skin cancer spot check, if the provider determines that the patient requires treatment, a regular appointment will be offered 72 hours from the free skin cancer spot check.
- No prescriptions will be given or treatment during the free skin cancer spot check.
- The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination or treatment.
