Medicare Replacement
Due to legislative changes we will no longer accept PFFS (Private Fee for Service) plans effective 2011. For all other plans:
Contracted Plans: Riverchase Dermatology will accept assignment if we are a member of the contracted health plan.
Non-Contracted Plans: If Riverchase Dermatology does not participate with the insurance carrier, payment in full will be required at the time services are rendered.
