Starting August 1, 2015, we will have two different online bill payment services. Please compare your bill to the images below to determine which patient portal you should use.
If you receive both statements, you will need to use both patient portals or you can call our billing department to pay your bill with one transaction by dialing 239-313-2517.

Because of new security requirements, certain older browsers may not be able to access these bill payment services starting August 14, 2015. If you see an error message after clicking one of these images, see below for more information.
One of our online bill payment services (the one for the violet invoices on the left with our logo in the background) is updating its servers to require TLS 1.2 encryption support. This means that some older browser versions that don’t support TLS 1.2 will no longer be able to connect to the bill payment website. If you are unable to access our bill payment service or if you receive a “page cannot be displayed” error message, please upgrade your browser to the latest supported version.
Unsupported browser versions include:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or earlier
- Mozilla Firefox 26 or earlier
- Google Chrome 29 or earlier
- Apple Safari 6 or earlier
- Google Android OS Browser 4.4.4 or earlier
- Opera 16 or earlier
