Susan Diaz brings over 25 years of experience in the cosmetic industry to her roles as Spa Manager and Plastic Surgery Patient Coordinator.
Susan began her career in her native Canada, first earning her Cosmetology license and then an undergraduate Business degree. She utilized her skills with Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Aesthetic Sales Educator in their personal care division for over twelve years.
She brought her background and experience to Florida in 2006, where she became Patient Coordinator and Office Manager for a busy plastic surgery practice. She joined the Riverchase team in 2009, following Dr. W.G. Eshbaugh, Jr. from his previous practice in Bonita Springs.
Susan works closely with the medical providers and Spa Blue staff, but she most enjoys working with patients, striving to ensure that each and every experience with Riverchase will be second to none.
